The minimum accepted order is one group or more. The number of cabins in a group depends on the selected model and configuration and will be stated in the confirmed order.

Yes. Sample purchases are accepted, subject to the selected model, configuration and current production schedule.

Small orders generally require 5–15 days and large-volume orders about 30 days. A broader project schedule may be 30–45 days. Timing starts only after the order, configuration, requirements and final drawings are all confirmed, and remains subject to quantity, season and the current production schedule.

GEELYE can review logo branding, control-panel language, and adding or removing agreed functions. Branded hotel access cards may also be reviewed when they are compatible with the confirmed door and lock system, order quantity and buyer-supplied artwork. Feasibility, interfaces, quantity and delivery scope must be technically confirmed.

A customization project requiring a newly developed mold starts from 100 single cabins. The buyer must provide customization requirements and design drawings. Functional changes that do not require a new mold can be reviewed separately.

GEELYE provides assembly videos or drawings. The buyer normally arranges local installation. Our technicians provide free remote video guidance and can teach the buyer at the factory free of charge. Buyer-paid on-site guidance may be reviewed, but travel to high-risk countries or regions is not available.

Yes. Free remote video guidance is available to help the buyer learn the confirmed assembly process.

The product warranty is two years. After the warranty period, paid after-sales service is available according to the confirmed product and service scope.

Depending on order quantity and confirmed configuration, one or two spare light strips or downlights may be included. The final spare-parts list is confirmed with the order.

Products are packed in cartons sized for manual handling. Carton count, weight, dimensions and container loading quantity depend on the final model, configuration and order. Both 20-foot containers and 40HQ containers can be used; exact loading data is provided after configuration confirmation.

The standard capsule input supports 110–240 V AC and is converted to 12 V low-voltage output inside the pod. Plug type, site connection and local electrical compliance must be confirmed for the destination.

FOB is the published trade term. The final responsibility boundary, port and supply scope are governed by the confirmed sales contract.

Checks include production materials, correct model and details, incorrect or omitted holes, machining details, quantity, buyer information and packing against the confirmed order.

Certificate scope is determined by the relevant material, component, model and document. A component or material certificate is not presented as certification of every complete capsule pod.

GEELYE products have been exported to more than 70 countries and regions. Eligibility for a new destination still requires separate confirmation of import rules, trade restrictions and local certification or approval requirements.

Provide a site CAD drawing or dimensioned plan plus current site photographs. Access dimensions, desired quantity, layout direction, utilities and any local constraints help the technical team review the project.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining local hotel, lodging, fire, building and operating approvals. Requirements vary by country, region and project, so local professionals and authorities should be consulted before ordering.

GEELYE capsule pod projects are normally planned with building or room HVAC rather than a separate air-conditioning unit inside each sleeping compartment. The pod ventilation system circulates conditioned room air through the pod. Required room capacity, airflow and ventilation arrangement depend on the selected model, layout and local requirements.

Capsule pods are shipped as cartons and components for on-site assembly, reducing the access size compared with a complete assembled pod. This does not guarantee access to every site. Before ordering, provide the narrowest doorway, elevator, stair, corridor, turning and final-room dimensions so they can be checked against the largest packaged component for the confirmed configuration.

A horizontal pod is entered from its long side, while a vertical pod is entered from the short end. Horizontal layouts can provide wider side access; vertical layouts may allow more beds in some room plans. Availability, dimensions, door type, aisle clearance and deck arrangement vary by series, and some series are horizontal only. The final choice should follow the approved room layout.

No. Capsule pods should not be represented as 100% soundproof. An enclosed pod may provide more separation and privacy than an open bunk, but audible sound depends on door or curtain gaps, ventilation openings, the surrounding room construction and daily operation. Project-specific acoustic measures can be reviewed, but no tested sound-reduction value should be assumed unless it is documented.

The quotation identifies the confirmed pod model, configuration and included functions. Mattresses, bedding, televisions, exterior decorative panels, freight, installation, taxes or other site works may be separate unless they are explicitly listed. Buyers should review the itemized included, optional and excluded scope together with the sales contract before ordering.

Exterior decorative panels are generally considered where an exposed side or end of an installed pod row remains visible. Faces positioned against a wall or directly beside another pod may not need a panel. The actual quantity follows the approved layout, selected series, access needs and finish requirements, so it must be confirmed for each project.
